Warranty Requirements:
1.- Exclusive service, repair, and body work of your vehicle by Dabboussi Motors’ garage only.
2.- Application of a specialized Tuff Coat by Dabboussi Motors’ garage only.
3.- Small service: Vehicle to be serviced every 5,000 kilometers or 6 months at Dabboussi Motors’ garage only.
4.- Full big service will be necessary when reaching 25.000 kilometers or 24 months and then every other 20.000 kilometers or 24 months at Dabboussi Motors’ garage only.
5.- Every 50.000 kilometers or 36 months the transmission oil needs to be changed.

6.- Please be kind to our staff, we have zero tolerance policy against abuse, harassment, or discrimination or anyone who threatens the safety of our staff, and we have the right to refuse any service and cancel the warranty immediately.

- Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Exclusions apply for misuse, accidents, and unauthorized modifications.

1.1 Service Update Requirement
- The vehicle must be up to date with all required services to qualify for warranty coverage.
1.2. Investigation Process
- Upon arrival at the garage, we will verify if the vehicle is under warranty and check its service history.
1.3. Timeline for Completion
- If the assessment and necessary repairs are not completed by the end of the day, a replacement vehicle may be provided.
1.4. Temporary Vehicle Use
- If the vehicle is drivable despite the issue, the customer must take the car and return it at the scheduled appointment for further work.
- 50% Discount on Substitute Car Rental After Warranty Period:
– After the warranty period, clients will receive a 50% discount on substitute car rental services when their vehicle needs servicing.
- Exclusive Carwash Prices for Changan Owners:
– Changan owners will enjoy special discounted rates on carwash services.
- Vehicle Storage at Our Secure Location:
– Clients will have access to secure vehicle storage services at a special price for Changan owners.
